Responsibilities
Enter MOCs on behalf of technical and plant resources
Follow MOCs for speed of execution and understanding of bottlenecks
Guide stakeholders in gathering information
Support stakeholders in performing SAP transactions
Generate reports from MOCQuest for process management
Ensure documentation from MOCs is properly archived
Help to track organizational changes impacting the MOC process
Identify/track root causes for delays
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Administrative background required, experience in industry is a plus
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction across manufacturing and service departments
Demonstrates strong proficiency in English (spoken and written)
Skilled in Microsoft Excel and experienced in working with database systems
