About the role

  • Customer Service support for language school in Frankfurt assisting with administrative tasks and participant inquiries. Engage with students, providing assistance and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support within the Customer Service team.
  • Serve as the first point of contact at reception, and via email and telephone.
  • Assist participants in selecting suitable courses.
  • Ensure friendly and efficient handling of all inquiries.

Requirements

  • Service-oriented and friendly when interacting with adult learners.
  • German (at least B2) and good English language skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured manner, keep track of tasks, and coordinate effectively.
  • Reliable and committed in carrying out tasks.
  • Willingness to work with people from diverse cultural backgrounds and to act with empathy.
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal (telephone).
