About the role

  • Full-time branch-based Customer Support role working 35 hours per week, including Saturdays
  • Work across Lloyds and Halifax branches within a reasonable distance
  • Help customers in-branch and support remotely via phone, social media, web-chat and video calls
  • Resolve customer queries with empathy, care and integrity, taking time to give confidence in service
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure customers' needs are met
  • Participate in Skill Progression Framework to develop skills, take on activities and increase pay
  • May involve homeworking when in hybrid locations subject to homeworking criteria

  • People person who is honest, genuine and caring about helping people with their finances
  • Ability to quickly build relationships to give customers a fantastic experience
  • Passion to put yourself in the customers' shoes, show empathy, act with care and integrity
  • Commitment to deliver on promises and go above and beyond for customers
  • Genuine teammate who collaborates closely with colleagues
  • If in hybrid location, must meet Homeworking criteria (e.g. quiet, private room at home, stable internet connection)
  • No previous financial services experience required
