Answer customer inquiries regarding current and future orders.
Provides shipment documentation to customers.
Interacts with internal Supply and Demand team regarding order status and ship dates.
Inform customers of any shortages with their orders or rescheduling orders.
Responsible for product knowledge, content of customer specifications, and adhering to company policies.
Understands processes of Whole Blood and Diagnostics plasma products, quality requirements, and adheres to Standard Operating Procedures.
Initiates the customer complaint process and provides the details to Quality Assurance for further investigation.
Provides follow up with customers with investigation findings and outcomes.
