Advise and process fee payments for customers.
Utilise validation processes in our business system.
Identify and implement process improvements.
Actively participate in team meetings.
Consistently meet or exceed personal targets.
Escalate customer issues to the Project Manager.
Requirements
Previous customer service experience.
Working knowledge of data management, analysis, and process improvement.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and targets through inbound and outbound calls.
Adaptable to the evolving needs of a growing business.
HBO-level education or equivalent (preferable).
Exceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
Proficient in Excel and other MS Office applications.
Articulate with a confident telephone manner.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
