Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth operation of our platform and the various hotel locations.
Manage availability and process bookings on our platform quickly and efficiently.
Provide daily support to our customer service team, ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Actively acquire and sell available swim sessions to new and existing customers.
Actively support maintaining and improving the functionality of our service platform.
Further develop and expand our Sylter Kids swimming course offerings.
Maintain regular communication with the swim instructors to ensure smooth operations for trainers, hotels, and customers.
Requirements
Completed commercial training or a degree in business administration, tourism, or a comparable qualification.
Experience in operations management, ideally in the leisure, tourism, or sports sector.
Strong organizational skills and initiative.
Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation.
Fluent German (spoken and written); English skills are an advantage.
Confident user of MS Office and common booking platforms, and comfortable with other software.
Driver's license and the ability to be mobile.
