About the role

  • Own and close new business: end-to-end from lead to signature
  • Run discovery, pitch, and demo meetings with NHS and private health organisations
  • Lead pilots and onboarding workflows (with support from clinical + product)
  • Work with our Head of GTM and CEO to refine the sales motion
  • Partner closely with product to feed insights back from the frontlines
  • Lay the groundwork for a repeatable GTM engine in the UK

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in B2B SaaS or health-tech sales
  • Proven ability to close deals and exceed targets
  • Comfortable with ambiguity - you’ve worked in early-stage or high-growth environments
  • Experience selling into complex environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Sharp communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly
  • A hands-on, do-what-it-takes mindset
  • Self starter, with strong stand alone capability
