Lead post-sales adoption and growth for Revinate's hospitality direct-revenue SaaS in APAC. Manage renewals, upsells, customer education and product feedback.
Responsibilities
Lead post-sales efforts to build processes and procedures that deliver customer value
Act as a single point of contact for customers with support from Professional Services, Education and Technical Support
Be a superuser of all Revinate products and drive adoption across accounts
Provide coaching, education, and regular customer reviews/virtual workshops to improve product usage
Deliver best practices and identify areas for improvement to increase customer success
Build relationships across customer organizations to ensure engagement
Capture and prioritize product feedback and use cases for the Product team
Manage renewals and identify upsell opportunities in coordination with Sales
Requirements
2+ years of experience in account management, consultative sales, and/or business consulting, preferably within a SaaS model
Proven record of driving customer adoption, revenue retention, and account growth in a SaaS company
Strong knowledge of account management, including presentation skills and opportunity management
Strong technical knowledge and negotiation skills
Experience in sales methodologies to prospect, consult, create proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales/renewals
Must be a self-starter with little supervision required
Ability to negotiate issues with peers, partners, and customers using a Win/Win philosophy
Hospitality experience is a plus
Travel is required
