About the role

  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback across various channels

Requirements

  • Practical experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Proficient with modern communication tools and platforms and basic knowledge of CRM systems
  • Ability to communicate complex topics clearly and a strong customer focus
  • Analytical skills and a data affinity to evaluate customer feedback and identify improvement opportunities
  • Independent, structured working style and strong team skills
