About the role

  • Customer Success Architect enhancing customer engagement by optimizing solutions for clients at SYNCPILOT. Collaborating across teams to elevate customer satisfaction and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team to maximize customers' use of our solutions
  • Provide technical support during sales engagements
  • Coordinate and execute onboarding for new customers
  • Work closely with project management
  • Collect regular feedback from customers
  • Collaborate with sales and other stakeholders to resolve customer issues

Requirements

  • Degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable commercial qualification
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in sales
  • Experience with Windows 365, SAP, Confluence, and Jira
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Ability to analyze information
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent German and English (additional languages advantageous)
  • Intercultural competence and international experience desirable
