Requirements

  • 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (mandatory)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • French: C1 or C2 level (mandatory)
  • English: B1/B2 level (mandatory)
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Positive attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and ability to work collaboratively as a team player
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and professional conduct
