Support our omnichannel service by communicating with consumers in multiple ways, such as via phone (inbound calls), email & various social media.
Developing a deep understanding of the products and services offered by our client.

Requirements
Fluent in Polish Language: You’re confident communicating in Polish, both written and spoken.
English Communication: You’ll be working with an international team, so you need to be comfortable in English too!
Customer Experience: A real passion for providing top-notch customer service in handling calls, including challenging ones.
Excellent organizational skills: Attention to detail.
Professional attitude: To have a proactive approach to resolving any type of issue.
Commitment: dedication and a strong sense of teamwork.
Location & Eligibility: Be eligible to work in Slovakia.
Benefits

Contract: Permanent
Full-time: 40 hours/week
Working days/Hours: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday from 9 am- 6 pm.
Base salary of €1.238 per month in addition to:
6,60€/day meal voucher (132€/month).
A commuting allowance of €50 per month (€600 per annum).
Paid 5 extra days (personal days) per annum in case of emergencies and short-term absences.
Office-Based working model from our Bratislava location.
