Resolve inquiries promptly and ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint.
Act as a trusted partner for dental clients by blending high-level customer service with specialized knowledge in dental revenue cycle management (RCM) and logistics.
Requirements
Availability: Must have full availability to work shifts within the 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM window.
Education: High School Diploma (Required).
Experience: At least 2 years of proven experience in Customer Service (Required).
Domain Knowledge: Strong background in the Dental Business is preferred, strong customer service skills.
Communication Mastery: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (Phone, Email, Chat).
Logistical Skills: Ability to handle travel logistics and event coordination.
Type of contract: Fixed term.
Benefits
Competitive Salary: $3.705.000 COP.
Schedule: Monday through Friday (within the specified availability).
Monthly Completion Bonus
In addition to your base salary, you will receive a completion bonus for each successfully completed month:
$100 USD per month
Exchange rate fixed at 3,700 COP per USD
Equivalent to 370,000 COP per completed month
The total accumulated bonus is paid as a lump sum at the end of your contract, once you successfully complete the full agreed term
This means that if you complete your full contract successfully, you will receive all your monthly bonuses together in one final payment.
