About the role

  • Customer Service Coordinator engaging in customer support through various channels for Tianshi's networks in Europe. Resolving issues, improving customer experience, and supporting marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about products and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, with empathy and professionalism
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Actively participate in training, team meetings, and knowledge sharing
  • Support marketing initiatives, including social media management and content promotion
  • Assist with special customer service projects as needed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Tianshi’s networks across Europe through online and offline channels
  • Organize, prepare for, and actively participate in events, meetings, and training sessions.

Requirements

  • Very good command of German and English
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent online and offline marketing skills
  • Proactive, motivated team player; able to work independently
  • Proficient with MS Office
