About the role

  • Customer Service and Order Management Specialist providing accurate and professional service to clients and internal sales departments. Managing orders and resolving inquiries with a focus on detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent, timely, accurate and professional customer service.
  • Manage incoming orders and input into order entry system.
  • Review orders for accuracy and completion.
  • Assist customers/clients with questions or problems on their orders.
  • Maintain necessary data within order entry system to ensure efficient processing.
  • Work on a variety of web-based client systems.
  • Communicate openly with clients, customers, and internal sales department to resolve inquiries.

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience
  • Experience with Outlook
  • Flexible with excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Problem solver with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Excellent organizational skills with focus on detail
