Responsibilities
Provide excellent, timely, accurate and professional customer service.
Manage incoming orders and input into order entry system.
Review orders for accuracy and completion.
Assist customers/clients with questions or problems on their orders.
Maintain necessary data within order entry system to ensure efficient processing.
Work on a variety of web-based client systems.
Communicate openly with clients, customers, and internal sales department to resolve inquiries.
