  • Work predominantly from home with occasional office visits
  • Establish and maintain strong positive relationships with customers
  • Answer questions, find information, and solve problems
  • Update systems and processes via CRM

Requirements

  • Highly motivated and excellent phone manner
  • Experience in a similar environment or willingness to enter the customer service field
  • Excellent interactive and written communication skills
  • Ability to think on your feet and solve problems
  • Salesforce and SAP experience is preferable but training is provided
