  • Analista de Atendimento supporting clients with health insurance inquiries at BEST LIFE. Responsible for customer support by phone, email, and chat while ensuring satisfaction in São Paulo.

Responsibilities

  • Handle and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Identify and efficiently resolve customer issues
  • Log all customer interactions in the support system
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about the company’s products and services
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service
