About the role

  • Deliver swift and efficient front line service to both merchants and end customers
  • Ensure all KPIs and daily tasks are completed to a high standard
  • Maintain set SLAs and forward issues to the Team Leader
  • Work closely with the Team Leader to identify and report urgent issues
  • Develop improvements to procedures and improve services provided by the team
  • Hybrid position: work from office in Petah Tikva three days per week

Requirements

  • Excellent written and communication skills in English
  • Additional languages: French or German - an advantage
  • Open mind and 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to handle a large volume workload with speed, accuracy and efficiency
  • Problem Solving/Analysis skills
  • Work closely with Team Leader to identify and develop improvements to procedures
  • Able to work hybrid: 3 days a week from the office in Petah Tikva
