Responsibilities
Technical consulting: You are the primary contact for technical questions and support customers in implementing Google Workspace solutions
Workshops and demos: You organize and lead technical workshops and conduct live demos to showcase the benefits of our products
Solution development: You work closely with customers to understand their specific technical requirements and develop tailored solutions
Team collaboration: You support the sales team in technical pitches and contribute to the development of technical concepts and proposals
Customer satisfaction: You ensure customer success and satisfaction through technical expertise and innovative approaches
Requirements
Degree in (business) computer science or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification
Experience with IT architectures, cloud migrations, and modern collaboration solutions
Ability to present complex technical information clearly and to persuade customers of the value of proposed solutions
Willingness to be on-site for customer workshops or team meetings, with the option to work remotely
