About the role

  • Business Change & Implementation Manager working on the Fitness to Practice improvement programme, embedding change and supporting teams in new ways of working.

Responsibilities

  • Working full time on the Fitness to Practice (FtP) improvement programme.
  • Working closely with leaders in operational teams to successfully embed opportunities for improvement.
  • Focus on the people side of change helping teams transition smoothly to new ways of working.
  • Provide expert guidance and coaching to leaders and teams, support project integration, and champion engagement, communication, and resilience through change.

Requirements

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Evidence of working effectively as a collaborative and supportive team member.
  • Experience of leading embedding of a new way of working or process change within a team.
