Responsibilities
Working full time on the Fitness to Practice (FtP) improvement programme.
Working closely with leaders in operational teams to successfully embed opportunities for improvement.
Focus on the people side of change helping teams transition smoothly to new ways of working.
Provide expert guidance and coaching to leaders and teams, support project integration, and champion engagement, communication, and resilience through change.
Requirements
Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Evidence of working effectively as a collaborative and supportive team member.
Experience of leading embedding of a new way of working or process change within a team.
