About the role

  • Lead onboarding journeys for consumer and business banking customers, driving primacy, direct deposit setup, and account funding.
  • Develop and optimize retention strategies and benefit reinforcement programs to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Oversee all regulatory and legally required customer communications, ensuring clarity, compliance, and consistency.
  • Partner with Legal, Risk, and Operations to maintain high standards of governance and auditability.
  • Serve as the enterprise marketing lead for M&A initiatives, ensuring seamless customer transitions and communications.
  • Drive customer strategy for product changes and new feature launches, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
  • Support strategic segment engagement for specialized offerings such as Huntington Honors, Teen Banking, and Caregiver Banking.
  • Accelerate digital adoption through targeted engagement strategies and frictionless experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in marketing required
  • Deep understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, data-driven personalization, and omni-channel engagement
  • Strong grasp of regulatory requirements and risk management in a financial institution
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
  • Passion for the customer and a relentless drive to improve their experience
