About the role

  • Conduct weekly meetings with clients, monitoring HubSpot implementations and improvements;
  • Configure basic tasks and automations (workflows, forms, lists, and pipelines) across the Marketing, Sales, and Service modules;
  • Provide technical support to clients, resolving questions and issues in a consultative manner;
  • Maintain governance and organization of HubSpot accounts and databases;
  • Support client education and enablement, promoting autonomy and best practices;
  • Document learnings and propose continuous improvements to the CRM operation.

Requirements

  • Previous experience with HubSpot, especially in the Marketing, Sales, and Service modules;
  • Experience with CRM implementation, configuration, or governance;
  • Basic knowledge of automations and workflows in HubSpot;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to understand client problems and propose appropriate solutions.
