Responsibilities
Conduct weekly meetings with clients, monitoring HubSpot implementations and improvements;
Configure basic tasks and automations (workflows, forms, lists, and pipelines) across the Marketing, Sales, and Service modules;
Provide technical support to clients, resolving questions and issues in a consultative manner;
Maintain governance and organization of HubSpot accounts and databases;
Support client education and enablement, promoting autonomy and best practices;
Document learnings and propose continuous improvements to the CRM operation.
Requirements
Previous experience with HubSpot, especially in the Marketing, Sales, and Service modules;
Experience with CRM implementation, configuration, or governance;
Basic knowledge of automations and workflows in HubSpot;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to understand client problems and propose appropriate solutions.
