About the role

  • Key Account / Customer Success Manager focused on strategic development of customer partnerships in a digital marketing agency. Managing a portfolio and ensuring high satisfaction through active collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic management and development of a defined client portfolio
  • Proactive identification of growth potential as well as cross- and upselling opportunities
  • Independent responsibility for pitches, proposal processes and tenders
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through regular reviews and transparent communication
  • Close collaboration with internal specialist departments
  • Preparation and presentation of reports and decision documents for clients and stakeholders
  • Contract and terms negotiations as well as relationship management at decision-maker level
  • Representation of MAIxpose360 at events and client meetings

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a digital environment (e.g., online marketing, digital sales, consulting)
  • Strong rhetorical skills and communication abilities
  • Good sense for business perspectives and strategic consulting
  • Ability to create persuasive presentations and designs
  • Ideally experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and common sales methodologies
  • Fluent German (C2), good English is an advantage
  • Independent, reliable and goal-oriented working style
  • Openness to direct customer contact and long-term relationship building
  • Willingness to work on-site at one of the locations at least 2 days per week (Augsburg, Hamburg, Berlin)
