Responsibilities
Strategic management and development of a defined client portfolio
Proactive identification of growth potential as well as cross- and upselling opportunities
Independent responsibility for pitches, proposal processes and tenders
Ensuring high customer satisfaction through regular reviews and transparent communication
Close collaboration with internal specialist departments
Preparation and presentation of reports and decision documents for clients and stakeholders
Contract and terms negotiations as well as relationship management at decision-maker level
Representation of MAIxpose360 at events and client meetings
Requirements
Several years of experience in a digital environment (e.g., online marketing, digital sales, consulting)
Strong rhetorical skills and communication abilities
Good sense for business perspectives and strategic consulting
Ability to create persuasive presentations and designs
Ideally experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and common sales methodologies
Fluent German (C2), good English is an advantage
Independent, reliable and goal-oriented working style
Openness to direct customer contact and long-term relationship building
Willingness to work on-site at one of the locations at least 2 days per week (Augsburg, Hamburg, Berlin)
