About the role

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Act as the Business Owner for AEM-related topics: gather requirements, prioritise tasks, and collaborate with technical teams to drive new developments, functionalities, and process improvements.
  • Serve as a go-to expert for AEM and Braze; troubleshoot operational issues and ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to foster continuous learning and adopt platform best practices.
  • Interact with senior business and eCommerce leaders to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in relevant role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or in a similar role with hands-on expertise in Content Management and Campaigning tools (preferably AEM and Braze).
  • Tech-savvy mindset, with the ability to support platform-related operational issues and questions.
  • Experience acting as a Business Owner or managing requirements and priorities for technical teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaign performance.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, or other web technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience in the fashion, retail, or luxury goods industry is a plus.
