About the role

  • Lead the creative strategy and design direction for brand and product marketing across AutoSync’s portfolio.
  • Mentor and guide designers and videographers, providing creative feedback, inspiration, and leadership to help them do their best work.
  • Manage and review creative deliverables — from concept to final production — ensuring excellence in design, tone, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to translate complex ideas into simple, powerful visual storytelling.
  • Maintain and evolve the AutoSync brand system, ensuring visual consistency and alignment across all products and communications.
  • Introduce and champion creative best practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Bring the AutoSync value story to life through impactful creative, applied across marketing, sales, and product touchpoints.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand creative requirements and deliver compelling, on-brand design solutions.
  • Ensure all creative materials — digital ads, sales collateral, videos, event assets, or web content — are consistent, polished, and effective.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and creative partners, ensuring brand consistency and quality.
  • Use performance insights to optimize creative for engagement, clarity, and conversion.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in creative or design roles, ideally within a SaaS, B2B, or technology-focused organization.
  • Proven experience leading design teams or large-scale creative initiatives.
  • Project management skills to manage creative queue.
  • Strong understanding of brand systems, storytelling, and design principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) and Figma.
  • Familiarity with WordPress, Elementor, and digital content platforms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence across teams.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is a plus but not required.
