About the role

  • Senior Product Designer focusing on Information Architecture and Technical UX at an AI-First Cybersecurity company. Collaborating closely with Product Team for seamless user workflows and design standardisation.

Responsibilities

  • Systems Architecture & Technical UX: Partner closely with the Product Team to translate high-stakes complexity into frictionless user workflows.
  • Signal Integrity & Research Standardisation: Conduct unprimed user testing, ensuring our roadmap is driven by raw evidence and “Signal”.
  • UI Baseline and Stewardship: Drive the standardisation of our design system to eliminate “Dev Drift” and maximise engineering velocity.
  • Cognitive Load Optimisation: Simplify “technical UX” so that the product becomes self-serve, supporting our Product-Led Growth goals.
  • Strategic Handoff & Logic Mapping: Provide Engineering with high-fidelity specs that define the logic for edge cases and error states upfront.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in UX and/or Product design.
  • Deep understanding of user experience principles, best practices, and usability heuristics.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver exceptional user experiences, backed by a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Ability to distil complex users needs into simple intuitive solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Experience in B2B/Enterprise/SaaS and “High-Cognitive Load” products (eg: Cybersecurity, Fintech, DevOps tools, or Cloud Infrastructure)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma.
  • Systems/Library Ownership/Contribution is desirable.
