About the role
- Product Designer responsible for user experience and interface design for Aramark's applications. Collaborating with teams to develop best practices and support user research and testing.
Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, low and high fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Translate complex problems into elegant and intuitive user interface solutions.
- Maintain and evolve design system components in Figma.
- Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to define requirements and shape the end to end user experience.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, design critiques, and working sessions to ensure designs meet user and business needs.
- Provide UX/visual design support during development and QA to ensure high quality implementation.
- Conduct or support user research, such as usability testing, concept testing, and gathering user feedback.
- Synthesize research findings into actionable insights to guide design decisions.
- Deliver design solutions aligned with product strategy, accessibility standards, and responsive design best practices.
- Advocate for user centered design across the team.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or similar role
- BS/BA in relevant field or equivalent years' experience
- Hands on expertise with Figma, including components, prototyping, auto layout, and design systems
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in end to end product design
- Solid understanding of UX principles, UI patterns, and visual design fundamentals
- Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to cross functional partners
- Experience working in an iterative, agile environment
- Thrives in dynamic, evolving environments and can move forward with limited direction
- Comfortable managing one off or evolving projects in response to emerging business needs.
