About the role

  • Support planning and execution of corporate events, especially large-scale new hire orientations
  • Lead planning and implementation of event delivery across In-Person, Virtual and Hybrid events
  • Build strong, collaborative partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Manage program lifecycles and serve as key contact and decision maker during event delivery
  • Ensure programs are delivered successfully within defined budgets and timelines
  • Support Global Program Manager in reporting on operational elements of events
  • Leverage strategic consultative management and guidance to regional teams
  • Evaluate success of each project and submit impact and improvement reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience of onsite event coordination and support
  • Experience in program and project management methods and principles
  • Experience with managing several direct reports
  • Experience with managing large corporate training events
  • Proficiency in various program management software, including Microsoft Office (strong Excel experience required).
  • Budget management experience preferred with the ability to be able to demonstrate commercial awareness as well as delivering customer needs
  • Experience working in a global capacity preferred
