Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of corporate events, especially large-scale new hire orientations
- Lead planning and implementation of event delivery across In-Person, Virtual and Hybrid events
- Build strong, collaborative partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Manage program lifecycles and serve as key contact and decision maker during event delivery
- Ensure programs are delivered successfully within defined budgets and timelines
- Support Global Program Manager in reporting on operational elements of events
- Leverage strategic consultative management and guidance to regional teams
- Evaluate success of each project and submit impact and improvement reports
Requirements
- Proven experience of onsite event coordination and support
- Experience in program and project management methods and principles
- Experience with managing several direct reports
- Experience with managing large corporate training events
- Proficiency in various program management software, including Microsoft Office (strong Excel experience required).
- Budget management experience preferred with the ability to be able to demonstrate commercial awareness as well as delivering customer needs
- Experience working in a global capacity preferred
