Responsibilities
Support planning and execution of corporate events, especially large-scale new hire orientations
Lead planning and implementation of event delivery across In-Person, Virtual and Hybrid events
Build strong, collaborative partnerships with clients and internal stakeholders
Manage program lifecycles and serve as key contact and decision maker during event delivery
Ensure programs are delivered successfully within defined budgets and timelines
Support Global Program Manager in reporting on operational elements of events
Leverage strategic consultative management and guidance to regional teams
Evaluate success of each project and submit impact and improvement reports
Requirements
Proven experience of onsite event coordination and support
Experience in program and project management methods and principles
Experience with managing several direct reports
Experience with managing large corporate training events
Proficiency in various program management software, including Microsoft Office (strong Excel experience required).
Budget management experience preferred with the ability to be able to demonstrate commercial awareness as well as delivering customer needs
