About the role

  • Managing Order-to-Cash process through order fulfillment and billing
  • Contacting customers via different communication channels
  • Booking shipments (included export & relevant documentation)
  • Ensuring the deliveries and customer requirements are properly dealt with
  • Handling complaints and resolving issues
  • Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ensuring that the process is followed according to internal policies and targets.

Requirements

  • fluent level of English language
  • export shipments and documentation experience is an asset
  • additional language (Finnish) would be an asset
  • SAP knowledge
  • at least 1 year of functional experience in order management or customer service
  • good practical knowledge of MS Office tools
  • very good communication and interpersonal skills
  • maintaining good team spirit & cooperation
