About the role

  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve fulfillment models, quote speed, and other business priorities
  • Design and implement top-down and bottom-up methodology to identify and prioritize high-impact improvement projects
  • Lead Continuous Improvement programs globally and implement changes in the Asia Pacific region
  • Drive and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion and handover to business owners
  • Own end-to-end change management: organize teams, lead kaizen/process-mapping events, project manage implementation, and track results with data
  • Promote Continuous Improvement culture: redefine lean tools, facilitate departmental projects, run Kaizen events, workshops, value stream mapping, change management, standardization, and data analysis
  • Focus on bringing value, reducing lead times, improving delivery performance, and optimizing costs across enterprise, departments, and factories

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, or a related field
  • Proven experience in lean and/or continuous improvement projects within a global or cross-functional environment
  • Ability to support and collaborate with regionally dispersed teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and complex problems or scenarios
  • Proven experience influencing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High adaptability, innovative and curious approach
  • Highly action-oriented with demonstrated ability to drive initiatives and deliver measurable results
  • Flexibility for travel on a project-by-project basis
  • Preferred: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt, Certified Lean Practitioner, Kaizen Facilitator
  • Preferred: Experience or knowledge of working in the Industrial Valves industry
