About the role
- Senior Franchise Manager orchestrating relationships and performance metrics within Zamp's restaurant franchises. Fostering strategic alignments to enhance network operations and franchisee satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic relationships with franchisees, acting as the primary point of contact between the network and the company.
- Monitor and drive performance indicators (sales, EBITDA, NPS, operational quality, customer satisfaction, etc.).
- Be responsible for tracking the network performance metrics and facilitating analytical and strategic discussions with leadership.
- Coordinate governance of franchise topics and forums, ensuring follow-up and implementation of decisions with support areas.
- Act as the voice of the network within the organization, translating franchisee needs into business plans and solutions.
- Mobilize internal teams (operations, marketing, supply chain, technology, training, expansion, etc.) to ensure effective response to franchise network demands.
- Design and implement franchise management and performance models with clear metrics, action plans, and monitoring rituals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields).
- Previous experience managing franchises or business units (retail, foodservice, QSR, or service networks).
- Strong operational capability, analytical skills, and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with a focus on relationship and partner management.
- Availability for frequent travel.
