About the role

  • Project manage multiple pilots and strategic initiatives for a global pharmaceutical client
  • Manage capacity strategy for content studios to ensure resource productivity
  • Provide content process support and triage cross-functional queries to appropriate teams
  • Coordinate AI adoption and scaling of agentic AI tools and processes across content studios
  • Oversee Adobe content creation pilots: delivery, integration, and optimization of content automation platforms
  • Manage Jasper AI content writing pilots: rollout, workflow and change programmes for transformer-based writing tools
  • Drive planning, coordination and execution of concurrent transformation pilot projects
  • Build and maintain stakeholder relationships across Workstream Leads, IT, commercial digital health, executive sponsors, studio teams, vendors and change leads
  • Establish and continuously improve project governance, quality assurance and compliance standards
  • Define transition readiness criteria including skills mapping, RACI and training
  • Proactively manage strategic risks and issues and escalate as needed with programme and finance stakeholders
  • Oversee project budget, resource allocation and escalation of financial impacts
  • Work with Change workstream to plan training, communications and upskilling for AI adoption
  • Iterate project plans, maintain action logs, risk/issue registries and milestones

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Digital, or related field
  • 8+ years in global project/program management (preferably shared service and transformation settings)
  • Strong track record delivering complex, high-risk, multi-workstream projects
  • Prior experience with digital content, omnichannel, or AI-enabled service creation/optimization pilots
  • Experience with capacity management and content studio processes
  • Experience coordinating AI adoption and enablement (transformer-based tools)
  • Experience with Adobe Content Creation platforms and Jasper AI (or similar)
  • Budget and resource management experience for large programmes
  • Governance, quality assurance and compliance experience in regulated environments (pharmaceutical or similarly regulated sectors)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven ability to operate independently and solve ambiguous challenges
  • Project Management qualification preferred (PMP, Prince2, Agile)
  • Experience with enterprise platforms and AI tools such as Adobe Campaign, Jasper AI, Gen Studio, Workfront, or similar
  • Familiarity with change management, training program development, and digital product launch
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages valued
  • Right to work in South Africa or India
