About the role

  • Own the content process and editorial calendars to ensure a steady flow of content.
  • Brief and manage the creation of short and long form content with agencies.
  • Collaborate closely with local market teams and central departments like SEO, CRM, Social Media, and Customer Care.
  • Ensure content works across every step of the customer journey.
  • Regularly report on content performance and share key successes with the organisation.
  • Help develop a shared content marketing approach with the SEO team, identifying topics and keywords.

Requirements

  • Proven strategic thinker with a hands on approach to work.
  • Good understanding of the fast changing digital marketing environment.
  • Experience working with a CMS, ideally WordPress.
  • Strong focus, attention to detail, and effective time management skills.
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, media, or communications.
