Responsibilities
Will be responsible for developing strategic training programs and content, focusing on enabling employees at all levels of the organization;
Will create learning paths that integrate operational and behavioral competencies, always aligning them with Burger King’s culture;
Will be responsible for the management and governance of training platforms, ensuring continuous improvement of processes, participant engagement and direct support to unit performance;
Will support the creation and development of training for store employees;
Must have broad knowledge of store operations and work together on the employee journey to promote career development;
Must communicate well and write clearly, adapting to the different communication styles of the audiences.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education/Pedagogy, Business Administration or related fields;
Knowledge of learning methodologies and training management tools;
Experience developing content and managing training platforms;
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, with emphasis on Word and Excel;
Basic knowledge of SAP and Fly Tour;
Experience with tools such as Unboxingplay and AirBy is desirable.
