Responsibilities
Administer and manage construction contracts, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts terms and conditions.
Monitor project progress and timelines, identifying and resolving contractual issues promptly.
Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project coordination and delivery.
Maintain comprehensive documentation and reporting on all contractual matters.
Provide expert advice and support to project managers on contractual obligations and risk mitigation.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract management processes and procedures.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or similar role in the remedial construction industry.
Thorough understanding of construction contracts, project management principles, and risk management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve contractual issues.
Proficient in contract administration software (Dash Pivot) is an advantage and MS Office applications.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field such as Construction Management or Law is highly desirable.
