  • Handle complaints, investigations, and inquiries with professionalism and discretion
  • Ensure timely resolution and maintain clear audit trails
  • Identify and mitigate compliance risks across departments
  • Conduct internal reviews and support regulatory alignment
  • Prepare and present regular reports and insights to management
  • Advise on process improvements and monitor regulatory trends
  • Shape internal policies and contribute to strategic decisions

Requirements

  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Strong communication abilities (written and spoken)
  • Deep sense of ethics and confidentiality
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Degree in Law or related fields with finance/economics focus
  • Knowledge of EU AML/CTF legislation (a plus)
  • Experience in fintech or e-commerce (highly valued)
