About the role

  • Manage the development and delivery of total rewards programs
  • Design and implement compensation programs including salary structures and incentive plans
  • Develop and maintain job architecture and career pathing frameworks
  • Design and manage health, wellness, retirement, and voluntary benefit programs
  • Oversee the administration of leave programs including FMLA and PTO
  • Develop communication strategies to ensure team members understand compensation and benefits offerings

Requirements

  • Eight to ten years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience
  • Ability to motivate or influence internal or external senior level professionals
  • A college degree
  • Favorable Background, Credit, Criminal, Bondability, and Reference Checks required
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
