Responsibilities
Manager et piloter le service : Organiser, répartir et superviser l’activité
Planifier la réalisation des taches à court, moyen et long terme
Participer à la formation des collaborateurs
Assurer le reporting de l’activité du service
Suivre et gérer l’activité : S’assurer du respect des SLA
Mettre en place les actions pour améliorer le niveau de qualité
Gérer le parc et assurer la relation avec les fournisseurs du périmètre "poste de travail"
Participer à l'amélioration continue des services délivrés aux utilisateurs
Requirements
De formation Bac+5
3 - 5 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire
À l'aise avec l’environnement technique de l’informatique interne (Environnements Mobiles, Postes de travail et Serveurs, Service Now...)
Connaissance des processus de production informatique en particulier ITIL
Rigoureux(se) et persévérant(e)
Reconnu(e) pour votre aisance relationnelle, votre maîtrise des risques et votre force de proposition.
