About the role
- Compensation/Benefits Analyst at Medtronic focusing on benefits administration for APAC locations. Collaborating with regional teams and providing support on benefits programmes and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Benefits administration (Company & Government) for APAC Locations
- Support the Global Benefits team in the design & delivery of regional benefits programmes; to include gathering information, reporting, data analytics
- Regional Point of Contact for HR team and Business Leads on Benefits related queries
- Partner with local stakeholders (TA, Payroll, Finance) to ensure effective and efficient delivery of our Benefits Programmes
- Co Ordinate employee insured benefit renewals and recommendations with local broker, ensuring information is accurate and timely
- Support in the implementation of global benefits administration technology
- Evaluate current programs through research, survey and analysis of benefits trends to ensure plans are competitive and current
- Review and update employee benefit communications
- Support with employee leave administration
- Assist with ensuring internal and external compliance with local legislation, benefit regulations and company policies
- Deliver an exceptional employee experience by ensuring timely responses
- Identify opportunities to simplify and enhance current processes
- Provide support to the Global Compensation team on key areas such as ARP (annual rewards planning) and Allowances
- Support special projects as required
Requirements
- Baccalaureate Degree and 2+ years of relevant Human Resources, benefits, compensation, payroll or finance experience OR Advanced Degree
- Experience with APAC Benefits administration; specifically, India and/or Philippines
- Fluent in English
- Agile, with excellent attention to detail
- Proficient in Workday, Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
