About the role
- Senior Tax Analyst role in EuroChem focusing on tax compliance and strategic tax planning. Handling tax declarations and maintaining regulatory adherence for financial reporting.
Responsibilities
- Perform calculation of Corporate Income Tax (IRPJ) and Social Contribution on Net Profit (CSLL) under the Real Profit (Lucro Real) regime, and PIS/COFINS under the non‑cumulative regime.
- Full management of PER/DCOMP processes for tax compensation or refund.
- Filing of federal tax ancillary obligations, such as EFD Contribuições, DIRBI and DCTFWeb.
- Support and monitoring of ECF, RTC and Transfer Pricing (TP), and oversight of federal tax incentives/benefits.
- Ensure accurate reconciliation of tax accounts, maintaining integrity between tax and accounting records.
- Ensure tax reporting to the group for current and deferred taxes.
- Monitor the RFB (Federal Revenue) mailbox.
- Ensure proper handling of tax proceedings and audits.
- Support external and internal audit activities.
- Follow up on tax-related projects.
- Monitor and update tax legislation.
- Apply critical thinking and a continuous-improvement mindset to enhance processes and internal controls.
Requirements
- Education: University degree completed.
- IT: Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Income Tax, PIS and COFINS calculations.
- Preparation of EFD Contribuições and PER/DCOMP submissions.
- Experience with the Lucro Real (Real Profit) tax regime.
- Experience with SAP ERPs.
- **Preferred:**
- Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA / TAXONE.
- Strong skills in strategic tax planning (PIS/COFINS/IRPJ/CSLL).
- Deep knowledge of tax legislation.
- English: Intermediate (preferred).
