Responsibilities
Responsible for operationalizing compensation routines, including: recording salary changes (promotions and merit increases), reviewing and approving personnel requisitions, issuing offer letters, and managing employee transfers across cost centers and reporting lines
Update company hierarchies monthly, ensuring employees are correctly assigned to their respective areas and hierarchical levels
Review personnel movement requests in partnership with Business Partners, ensuring alignment with compensation policies, the area's budget and market practices
Responsible for provisioning expenses related to Compensation processes
Support the annual determination of company targets, ensuring accuracy of the information that determines PPR calculations
Support the PPR payment process
Responsible for the budget and monitoring of the Company's Personnel Package, tracking headcount and costs, including monthly analysis of deviations and preparing forecasts
Respond to Finance department requests related to personnel costs
Serve as the focal point for people-related metrics, in partnership with the Data & Analytics team.
Requirements
Advanced Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables and data modeling)
Intermediate PowerPoint (for executive presentations and visual analyses)
Knowledge of compensation methodologies, with emphasis on the Korn Ferry (KF) methodology
Previous experience in compensation-related activities and people metrics
Strong communication: ability to express ideas clearly, adapt language to the audience, collaborate with different areas and build trusted relationships
Analytical mindset: critical approach to data and processes, focused on identifying improvement opportunities and proposing effective solutions
Organized: efficient management of tasks, deadlines and priorities, ensuring quality and consistency in deliveries
