Responsibilities
Responsible for increasing brand awareness and engagement for outdoor communities
Lead Direct-To-Consumer market readiness strategy and initiatives
Execute marketing plans for new store openings
Collaborate with EMEA brand marketing functions and regional Commercial teams
Manage budgets for Market Readiness projects
Conceptualize and execute outdoor community experiences
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in events organization, working with outdoor brands, and/or in a DTC Community role
Bachelor and/or master’s degree, preferably in the field of marketing
Thorough understanding of Arc’teryx brand positioning
Extensive contact list of key people and partners across Europe
Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and Adobe is a plus
Flexibility to work weekends occasionally (on average one weekend per month)
