About the role

  • Community Marketing Coordinator driving outdoor community engagement and brand awareness for Arc’teryx in EMEA markets. Collaborating with regional teams and executing strategic marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for increasing brand awareness and engagement for outdoor communities
  • Lead Direct-To-Consumer market readiness strategy and initiatives
  • Execute marketing plans for new store openings
  • Collaborate with EMEA brand marketing functions and regional Commercial teams
  • Manage budgets for Market Readiness projects
  • Conceptualize and execute outdoor community experiences

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in events organization, working with outdoor brands, and/or in a DTC Community role
  • Bachelor and/or master’s degree, preferably in the field of marketing
  • Thorough understanding of Arc’teryx brand positioning
  • Extensive contact list of key people and partners across Europe
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and Adobe is a plus
  • Flexibility to work weekends occasionally (on average one weekend per month)
