Hello and welcome! My name is Paul Sandburg, the Founder and Director of BOOST Health.
I am a long-time student of wellness and fitness and have been working in the industry for nearly 20 years.
I have a bachelor’s degree in Human Biology, master’s degree in Business Administration, and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
I have always been interested in wellness and fitness, even at a young age I was.
My father was my biggest wellness mentor and when he passed away from cancer at a young age of 51, I sharpened my focus even more on a healthy lifestyle.
I am on a mission to learn and share as much knowledge as possible in pursuit of wellness balance.
I hope you will join me on this journey to find wellness balance.
