Responsibilities
Team with Project Permanence Clinicians and Community Liaisons to support youth and families in meeting treatment goals.
Provide insight, expertise and relevant resources to treatment team and families.
Assist clients and caregivers in accessing resources in the community.
Participate in Project Permanence team meetings and meetings with families in the home or community.
Support caregivers and youth by identifying, creating and working with resources to sustain tasks and goals.
Document services timely according to Lincoln and county standards for billing Medi-Cal services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree, preferably in psychology or social sciences, or equivalent experience.
English/Spanish Bilingual skills highly preferred, but not required.
Experience working with youth and/or families, preferably parents.
Experience in mental health or social service systems.
Valid California driver's license, satisfactory driving record, availability of personal vehicle and personal vehicle insurance coverage.
Must meet eligibility requirements to bill for Medi-Cal services.
