About the role

  • CAP Clinician providing therapeutic services to adults with behavioral health needs in community settings. Conducting assessments and delivering interventions including CBT and DBT approaches.

Responsibilities

  • The Community Adult Program (CAP) Clinician provides comprehensive, person-centered therapeutic services to adults in community-based settings.
  • Support individuals with complex behavioral health needs through evidence-based interventions.
  • Conduct psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and develop/update treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy.
  • Work at the top of their licensure, incorporating modalities such as CBT and DBT.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field (required).
  • Within one month of employment must obtain a preliminary clinical license. Provisional (LPCC, LSW, LMFTC, etc.) Fully Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Minimum 2 years in behavioral health/clinical service preferred.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, depending on location.
  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, willingness to travel to homes/communities.
