Responsibilities
The Community Adult Program (CAP) Clinician provides comprehensive, person-centered therapeutic services to adults in community-based settings.
Support individuals with complex behavioral health needs through evidence-based interventions.
Conduct psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and develop/update treatment plans.
Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy.
Work at the top of their licensure, incorporating modalities such as CBT and DBT.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field (required).
Within one month of employment must obtain a preliminary clinical license. Provisional (LPCC, LSW, LMFTC, etc.) Fully Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Minimum 2 years in behavioral health/clinical service preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, depending on location.
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, willingness to travel to homes/communities.
