About the role

  • Social Media Animation (45%) Manage the publication of content across our accounts (Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn)
  • Engage with our audience: community management, responding to comments and messages, daily interactions
  • Track content performance: engagement, growth, reach… and suggest optimizations aligned with objectives
  • Conduct ongoing social media monitoring to identify trends, platform updates and inspiring initiatives
  • Content Creation (45%) Imagine and produce visual, video and editorial content (with or without the help of a designer)
  • Create engaging formats with iPhone: reels, stories, interviews, mini-series, interactive formats, behind-the-scenes, “before/after”, team testimonials, etc., using tools such as Canva, CapCut or native platform features
  • Strategy & Brand Identity (10%) Participate in editorial planning and content calendar discussions
  • Help build editorial calendars based on marketing priorities, current events and strategic brand positioning
  • Adapt tone of voice to each platform while maintaining brand consistency
  • Ensure visual and editorial coherence across all channels
  • Contribute to strengthening the Click&Boat community and brand presence

Requirements

  • You are a student in your 4th or 5th year of communication studies or similar, looking for a 6-month internship starting April 2026
  • You already have 1 or 2 internship experiences in community management/social media management
  • You speak English fluently, both written and spoken as it’s our daily working language
  • You’re a true TikTok enthusiast who understands trends and platform codes inside out
  • You have a strong creative mindset and enjoy proposing new ideas
  • You’re confident with video editing for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikToks...) and familiar with tools like CapCut, Edits or Premiere Pro
  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • You have excellent writing skills and a knack for engaging storytelling
  • Previous experience in community management or social media is a plus
