Platform Growth: You'll play a direct role in growing our user base and building a foundational community on the Wonder platform.
Event Execution: Take full ownership of coordinating and executing Wonder's internal community events, hackathons, and workshops, managing all logistics from scheduling and vendor relations to on-site execution and post-event analysis.
Brand Representation: Attend external industry and partner events and be ready to speak on behalf of Wonder to drive brand presence and community engagement.
Fellowship Programme: Coordinate the logistics for our annual fellowship programme, from managing participant communication to helping run programme events.
Partnership Support: Help manage relationships with key partners, including film schools and tech companies, assisting in the coordination of collaborative events and initiatives.
Content and Communications: Work closely with our social media team to align event content with our brand voice. You'll also help manage our Substack newsletter and website blog, ensuring consistent communication with our community.
Feedback & Insights: Assist with gathering and organising community feedback to share with our product and creative teams.
Requirements
You have 3-6 years of experience in community management or a related function and a proven ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
You are a strategic operator – a "smart do-er" who moves seamlessly between long-term strategy and critical operational execution.
You are a natural at growing and engaging communities, driven by a genuine interest in the creative industries.
You are a great communicator, able to represent our brand clearly and professionally in public forums and drive thoughtful conversations.
You are highly proactive and results-driven, capable of managing simultaneous projects from concept through to successful completion.
You are a self-starter who takes full ownership of tasks and is comfortable driving significant operational milestones.
