Responsibilities
Drafting internal communications and employee engagement (internal marketing) initiatives.
Supporting the development of the PR plan, validating press releases and liaising with the AZZAS institutional team and external press agency.
Managing company rituals, handling agendas/topics, invitations, briefings and broadcast/streaming logistics.
Adapting the visual identity for different formats and creating design assets when necessary.
Planning, contracting and overseeing events, from conception to execution in São Paulo.
Developing and managing the São Paulo unit’s bazaar.
Monthly updating of communication mailing lists.
Managing payments and invoices for the year’s activities.
Requirements
Degree in Communication or related fields.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience organizing events and using layout/design (desktop publishing) tools.
Good interpersonal skills and ease in dealing with people.
Manage institutional narratives and brand communication strategies for Instituto Ayrton Senna. Oversee marketing, media, and employer branding initiatives within the organization.
