About the role

  • Manage institutional narratives and brand communication strategies for Instituto Ayrton Senna. Oversee marketing, media, and employer branding initiatives within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the brand expresses itself with coherence and a diversity of language, balancing technical, institutional, and social communication, and stewarding the Ayrton Senna legacy in a responsible, contemporary manner that remains true to its essence.
  • Manage the development, maintenance, and evolution of the institutional narrative, deploying a 360° approach across all marketing channels, ensuring alignment with the Institute's strategic positioning and purpose.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and partners to ensure alignment of requests, messaging, and the effectiveness of the area's actions and deliverables.
  • Lead planning, editorial calendars for content and channels, and the execution of communication and marketing strategies.
  • Build and lead the Employer Branding front, strengthening the brand through the people who make the Institute run day-to-day, recognizing employees as agents of impact, increasing pride and belonging, and contributing to the attraction, engagement, and retention of talent aligned with the institutional purpose.
  • Ensure the Instituto Ayrton Senna's institutional positioning and brand platform are applied across all communication channels.
  • Plan and lead the integrated strategy for branding, institutional communication, and content.
  • Structure and govern editorial pillars, ensuring semantic diversity and narrative consistency.
  • Monitor brand perceptions, communication indicators, and trends, proposing adjustments and continuous improvements.
  • Strategically integrate institutional communication, employer branding, PR, and events to expand reach and legitimacy.
  • Strengthen and safeguard the institutional reputation across all points of contact with society and target audiences.
  • Perform other duties consistent with the role as directed by management or as required by the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with Postgraduate/MBA in Social Communication, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Must have an integrated 360° view of marketing channels and experience in Social Media and PR teams.
  • Previous experience managing people and processes, with experience overseeing activities and workflows to ensure deadlines are met and alignment is maintained. Knowledge and experience using Monday (or similar project management tools).
  • Institutional communication: Set of strategies, guidelines and practices aimed at building, protecting, and strengthening the organization's image, reputation, and positioning with strategic audiences, ensuring coherence between purpose, messaging, and institutional actions.
  • Strategic communication planning: Ability to define guidelines, objectives, audiences, messages, channels, and communication metrics, aligning communication actions with the organization's strategic objectives and ensuring coherence between positioning, brand, and institutional impact.
  • Employer Branding: Ability to build, communicate, and strengthen the employee value proposition (EVP), positioning the organization as an attractive employer consistent with its purpose and culture, and aligned with talent attraction, engagement, and retention strategies.
  • Editorial calendar development: Ability to plan, guide, and ensure production of editorial calendars and visual and digital content aligned with communication strategy, brand positioning, and institutional objectives, ensuring team deliverables, quality, consistency of visual identity, and suitability for different channels and audiences.
  • Communication for the Third Sector and Public Education: Mastery of communication and social mobilization strategies aimed at advocating public causes and engaging networks.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools: Experience using data analysis and digital performance monitoring tools focused on measuring results, generating insights, and continuously optimizing strategies.
