About the role

  • Communications Advisor helping promote Desjardins projects, policies, and online brand image. Creating and managing communications as well as advising on graphic design and social media matters.

Responsibilities

  • Help promote the organization’s projects, policies and programs by designing and developing communications
  • Help establish and promote the organization’s online brand image
  • Create, manage and update social and digital media communications
  • Advise and assist clients and partners on graphic design, print and social media matters
  • Recommend solutions to improve or optimize standards, policies and programs
  • Prepare recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the organization’s objectives
  • Solve complex problems using analytical skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • A minimum of four years of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of French is required
